
Quick and Easy Low Carb, friendly appetizer. Or if you make enough it can be a entire meal. It is only 4 ingredients and can be prep to eating in less than 40 mins. When I made this for the first time I made enough for just the hubby and I but the kids loved it so now I double the recipe. It can easily be customized for family size. I have found making sure I remove all the seeds removes some of the spiciness so even my 5 yr old can enjoy. They like to dip theirs in homemade ranch but I prefer other sauces.
Keto Friendly Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
Low Carb Keto Friendly Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
- 20 Jalapenos
- 16 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 16 oz cheddar cheese ( block)
- 1 lb bacon
Preheat Oven to 350
Cut Jalapenos in half length wise
Remove Seeds and insides from Jalapenos
Shred Cheddar Cheese. I always use block for Keto friendly because some preshredded has fillers that are not keto friendly
Mix softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese together in a bowl
Stuff Jalapenos with cheese mix
Cut bacon in half width wise to make double the amount
Wrap stuffed Jalapenos with bacon
Bake on 350 for approx 15 min or until desired crispness of bacon
Remove from oven and ENJOY!!
