Elderberries naturally contain A, B, and C and can aid in boosting the immune system and stimulating the immune system to help in fighting cold and flu. I make a organic homemade elderberry syrup that has been helpful in maintaining the health of my family. We take the elderberry syrup daily during cold and flu season and doubles up if illness does hit. Making the elderberry syrup at home allows me to control what ingredients I put in my families bodies and it saves me a bunch of money.As long as you keep it refrigerated it will last for about 30-45 days in the refrigerator. I spend around 30$ for enough supplies to make about 6 months of elderberry syrup. Alot of times I give it as a gift for my friends with children and they all say it helps with the school age germs.

½ tsp to 1 tsp for kids daily
½ Tbsp to 1 Tbsp for adults daily
Take 5 days during the week and skip the weekend to help boost immunity. It is important to skip the weekend as this aids your bodies systems in regulating its own immune system.
If you do get a cold or the flu, take the normal dose every 2-3 hours instead of once a day until symptoms go away.
