
Every year I try to start it out healthy. I recently decided to try a low carb diet. Having a low carb or Keto diet helps eliminate sugars. This will help regulate your blood sugar and aid in losing weight. I love pasta and bread so didn’t want to eliminate all carbs but just be keto friendly.
